Welcome to the Life Success Mastery Intensive (“LSMI”) website operated by Northstream Digital (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.lsmimethod.com, our online courses including LSMI program, coaching services, workshops, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or Services.

COURSE ACCESS & INCLUSIONS

• The Life Success Mastery Intensive (LSMI) course includes video modules, workbooks, audio, occasional online group coaching sessions and other training support information.

• Access is provided via our online membership portal. Login details are sent to your registered email address after purchase.

• Access Period: Standard purchases include 12 months’ access from the date of purchase. Some promotional offers may include longer access including lifetime access (as specified at the time of purchase). Sometimes 7 day trial or 10 day trial period may be offered for free (or $1 or $7), in those scenarios, the duration of access will be as specified in the trial period (7 days or 10 days) unless the user decides to purchase at the end of trial period with full price in which case the access will be extended to 12 months or longer as specified at the time of purchase.

• In the event that Company intends to close the Program Area or discontinue the course, it shall provide clients with a 30 day notice and the ability to download the core resources contained in the Program Area.

• Additional services such as 1:1 coaching, consulting, and workshops are separate from the LSMI course and may be subject to different terms.

• From time to time, the Company will offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Program. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the program and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions throughout the year.

PAYMENTS & FEES

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. The prices are indicated in US Dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees. You may choose between a single payment of $2497.00 (normal tuition fee) or $997.00 (masterclass attendee discounted rate). If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following payments on a monthly basis. You may choose between 4 monthly payments of $497 or masterclass attendee discounted rate of 4 monthly payments of USD $349 depending on promotion.

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

All of our prices are displayed in US dollars and when placing your order, the currency conversion is automatically made by your local bank. So if you are banking with a foreign bank or in another country, you might notice a slight difference in the amount withdrawn in your own currency and even an additional fee depending on your bank.  Each bank practices its own exchange rates and sometimes its own commission so it’s best if you get in touch with your bank to get some clarity about this.

If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the company shall immediately suspend your access to the program and the incident may be forwarded to a specialist team to collect the last remaining payments.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

If You elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.

Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your program access will be removed.

If you do not request a refund within the terms of the program with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you understand that your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding receivables, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.

YOUR INFORMATION

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

LSMI REFUND POLICY

We believe in Life Success Mastery Intensive Program and the effectiveness of its process, therefore we are certain that if you do the work, you will get solid results you will be proud of. However, we understand there will be rare cases where this may not be the case.

In the event you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrolment, please e-mail us at support@lsmimethod.com to request a full refund and after filling out a simple and easy refund request form. 

Eligible refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days, as long as it is within the refund time frame.

Therefore there may be some variance in the amount at the time of purchase and the amount you see refunded in your bank statement. Both amounts may not be exactly same. And you need to be aware it is due to these factors and we are not liable for it.

And please bear in mind: Upon refund, your course access will be revoked, and all inclusions under the course will stop including all the bonuses.

If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

We reserve the right to update this refund policy for future purchases.

CHARGEBACK ABUSE

Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these Terms of Use that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of any of our Programs, Products, or Services, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company. 

In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. 

The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback. We also reserve our right to seek payment from you for any delinquent payment that is not provided by or upon the date due by enlisting the help of a collections agency, and we may exercise our right to report your delinquent payment to all three credit reporting agencies, either directly or through the help of a collections agency. 

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Your course access is for one person only. Sharing login details with others is prohibited.

Course content (videos, PDFs, workbooks) is for personal use only. You may download PDF workbooks for your own learning. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute course materials.

In any group coaching or online community interactions, you must communicate respectfully and avoid offensive, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any information You provide except as set forth in this Agreement. As a condition of participating in the Program, you hereby agree to respect the privacy of other Program participants and to respect the Company’s confidential information.

Specifically, you shall not share any information provided by other Program participants outside of the bounds of the Program unless you receive express written permission from such other participant to share the information. Similarly, the content of the Program contains the Company’s proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates, and other information.

You hereby agree not to share the information provided to You in the Program with anyone other than the Company, it’s owners and employees, and other Program participants.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All course content, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, PDFs, audio, text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Northstream Digital.

• You are granted a limited, single personal use, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to use the materials for your personal educational purposes only.

• You may not use course content in your own teaching, coaching, or commercial activities without prior written permission. You hereby agree that You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Program. The Company content is not for resale.

• You hereby agree that any infringement of the Company’s intellectual property shall result in an immediate termination of the license granted hereunder. To be clear, if you violate the Company’s intellectual property rights, your access to the Program will be terminated immediately, and you shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees.

DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

• We make no guarantees about your results, success, or earnings. Individual outcomes depend on your effort, commitment, and personal circumstances.

• The Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always seek professional advice where appropriate.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss, damages, or injuries arising from your use of the Services.

Client understands the information and opinions expressed by means of our LSMI or any other program offered by us are based on our best judgment and knowledge. Ultimately, the coaching is provided for your information only with purely educational purpose, as many information points will be used in determining a course of action that is appropriate for you.

No action or decision should be taken based solely on the contents of this information. We believe in the soundness of our information, but we cannot guarantee that application of it in your particular circumstances will achieve your desired outcome or any outcome at all.

Whilst we can show you tools which in our experience can help you achieve your goals, we cannot guarantee that your use of those tools will achieve your goals (including any financial or material benefit). Some of our contents may urge you to think big and show courage, that may mean to go out of your comfort zone. We need you to use your sound judgement in determining what is safe for you – and please always consider your financial situation, health and safety first before actively participating in any of our challenges, exercises and/or homework from the courses.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your course access if you breach these Terms, including misuse of materials or disruptive conduct.

• Termination will not affect our rights to any payments due.

PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable or responsible to You, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage or platform outage where the course is hosted or any internet based sabotage causing program access or delivery impossible.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Program and related services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The Company reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with the Company in asserting any available defenses.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
